The Hospital de St Saver is a former 15th-century hospital for clerics that has been restored as an exhibition space for the Casacuberta Marsans Collection, a collection of Hispanic art spanning from the 12th century to the present day.
The Casacuberta Marsans Collection has established itself as one of Spain’s most notable private art collections. Located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, the Hospital de St Saver presents a selection of works from the collection, which is regularly renewed and can be experienced through guided tours, temporary exhibitions and other activities related to the collection.

The Collection
The Casacuberta Marsans Collection of Hispanic art includes painting, sculpture, ceramics and liturgical objects, as well as a selection of frames dating from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Particularly notable are its Gothic and Hispano-Flemish paintings and sculptures, along with paintings that shaped artistic modernity at the turn of the 20th century.
Hospital de St Saver is open to the public through guided tours, behind closed doors and offered in small groups
