(hereinafter, “ARTE C M“), with NIF B64279755, registered office at Calle Escuelas Pías, 14, 1º 08017 Barcelona, contact telephone number +34 683 523 693 and email address info@hospitaldestsaver.com, makes available to users of the website https://hospitalstsaver.com/es/ (hereinafter, the “Website“) these Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Individual Tickets for the Sant Saver Hospital (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions of Purchase“).
The Hospital de Sant Saver (hereinafter, the “Space“) is the headquarters of the Casacuberta Marsans Art Collection and through the Website users can purchase tickets for the guided tour service organized by Arte C M.
The purchase of tickets by the user implies acceptance of the Conditions of Purchase, as well as the Legal Notice of the Website.
Users are informed that, in the case of ticket sales to groups of more than 6 people, the visit will be managed through the email info@hospitaldestsaver.com. In these cases, Arte C M will provide the terms and conditions that are applicable.
FIRST. – PURCHASE OF TICKETS FOR GUIDED TOURS
The sale of individual tickets for guided tours is carried out through the Website, through the platform enabled for this purpose. Once the purchase is finalized, Arte C M will send a confirmation email containing a detailed breakdown of the tickets acquired.
Tickets must be shown to the staff of the Space before the start of the visit, which can be presented in digital or physical format.
In any case, ticket sales are reserved for users who are of legal age. In addition, Arte C M may request information accrediting certain circumstances for which a ticket has been purchased for a reduced price. Failure to prove it could imply the refusal of entry to the Space or the payment of the difference in the amount of the general ticket.
Users are informed that the visits will generally be carried out in Spanish or Catalan, according to the specific needs of each group. However, if you prefer your visit to be carried out in English, you must notify us two weeks in advance via the following email address: info@hospitaldestsaver.com. However, the availability of visits in English is not guaranteed and will be subject to the operational possibility of Arte C M to organize a specific group on the requested date. If the request cannot be met, the user will be offered the possibility to attend a visit in Spanish or Catalan on the same date, or to select another date with availability.
SECOND. – PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The prices of the tickets are set on the Website, and are indicated during the purchase process, including the applicable taxes and fees expressed in euros (€).
The booking of the visit will be effective from the time of the offer and acceptance of the service, and the user will not be able to claim anything subsequently for changes in price or ticket pricing that may occur after the conclusion of the contract.
Arte C M reserves the right to limit the number of tickets that a user can purchase. In the event that the user proceeds to purchase a greater number of tickets than allowed, Arte C M may cancel those that exceed the established limit.
The resale of tickets purchased through the Space’s Website is expressly prohibited under the terms established in current regulations. The resale of tickets, as well as any act aimed at illegal sales, may be grounds for refusal of service without refund, exchange or any other type of compensation.
In general, the user must pay for the tickets through the payment gateway of the Website, which accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Union Pay. The system will ask the user for the card number, expiry and CVV security numbers. In some cases, banks may require the use of additional codes or verifications for online purchases.
The purchase will be confirmed by email once the payment has been processed.
THIRD. – CANCELLATION POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
Once the tickets have been purchased by the user, no changes of date or cancellations with a refund will be allowed. However, a change of date and/or time per purchase will be accepted if the user requests the change at least one week before the date of the visit, depending on availability. In no case will cancellations give the right to a refund.
If the user wants to make a change, they must contact us via email: info@hospitaldestsaver.com, indicating the name and surnames of the buyer, as well as the new date and/or time desired, which in any case will be subject to availability.
The purchase of tickets is not subject to the right of withdrawal (articles. 103.l) and 97.1.l) of RDL 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
In any case, Arte C M reserves the right to cancel or modify the schedule of guided tours of the Space for reasons of force majeure, and/or beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, breakdowns in the facilities or due to the absence of team members, without prior notice to the user. In the event of a case of this nature that forces Arte C M to cancel the visit to the Space, the user will be given the option of changing the date of the visit by means of the procedure described at the beginning of this section and, if it is not possible to change the date, the price paid will be refunded.
FOURTH. – LIMITATIONS
Arte C M reserves the right of admission in any case. Entry will not be allowed, among others, to people who:
Users are requested to always respect the instructions of the Space’s staff during the guided tour. Failure to comply with the rules of conduct may result in the expulsion of the visitor without the right to a refund.
Access to pets is not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs, in accordance with current regulations.
In any case, minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their parents, legal guardians or representatives.
Arte C M reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the guided tour. It is forbidden to record or take photos (with flash) during the visit.
FIFTH. – SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
Arte C M adopts security and technological measures reasonably adequate for the correct functioning of the Website.
The operation of the Website is supported by servers of service providers. Access to the Website may be suspended for technical reasons or for reasons of force majeure, such as, for example: a) Failures in the supply of electricity or telephone networks, b) Virus attacks on the servers that support the website, c) User errors in accessing the website, d) Fires, floods, earthquakes, e) Strikes or labor conflicts, f) War conflicts. Arte C M is exonerated from any type of liability when they occur.
SIXTH. – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND DATA PROTECTION
SEVENTH. – VALIDITY.
These Terms of Purchase have been drafted and approved by Arte C M on March 10, 2026, and will remain in force until such time as they are replaced by others through their publication on the Website.
The last update of the Terms of Purchase was made on the 2nd of April of 2026.
EIGHTH. – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
These Terms of Purchase are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit for the resolution of the conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User’s domicile as provided for in current legislation. When Users are domiciled outside Spanish territory, the provisions of the applicable legal regulations on competent jurisdiction will be followed.

Likewise, if you consider that Arte C M has not satisfactorily resolved your complaint, you are informed that you may go to an alternative resolution entity in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2017, of 2 November, which transposes Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council into Spanish law. of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters.
